Great family owned company. The owners and technicians are professional and friendly. They are skilled at providing quality service in all types of area rugs and water emergencies. I have seen they have top notch truck mounted machines to provide thorough carpet cleaning.
Book now for the Holidays....I recently used this company in an emergency flood clean up in a business I worked for.. The water was ankle deep and covered an entire floor ...they were there within an hour of my call on a Sunday evening and removed all the water, pulled the ceiling tiles down, and cleaned the entire area, they left huge drying fans and equipment for days until everything was dry... I had a flooded basement from a sewer line back up on a Saturday night in the middle of winter. I called Stephco and they returned my call immediately. They sent someone out to drain and clean and sterilize the area that very evening. They did a great job, were reasonably priced (especially for a weekend emergency!) and were very skilled and professional in their dealings with me. I highly recommend them for any service that you need. They are a gem of a company!
