I wanted to cancel an appointment for a week and left multiple voicemails asking to call me back and that I want to cancel an appointment. Today I was able to reach them, and founded out that my appointment was removed, but they didn’t notify me that they received my voicemails and just ignored my messages. I canceled an appointment for personal reasons but now I don’t think that I’ll ever come back because clearly they don’t respect their clients time.
Stephanie and team always give me a warm welcome, excellent service and a lovely, clean, comfortable and professional atmosphere. Stephanotis is the best salon I have ever gone to and I highly recommend it!
Great colour job and cut at a reasonable rate! Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The most talented stylists in town.
