She was really nice don’t get my wrong I’m a person scared of confrontation and it was to late to say anything anyway due to her already cutting and me not seeing the tools she used but I told her not to thin out my bangs and wanted layers the correct way but instead she used a razor and cut more than half of my thick hair off so I can’t do my normal hair style my bangs are no longer thick and the hair cut is a lot more botchy than what the photos of my old hair looked like. I absolutely love Stephanie!! She does not disappoint me when working my hair but not only that but she is such an amazing person. Volunteering in the community and keeping up with a business is not easy but she does it and does it well!!
