Absolutely horrible experience. When we first visited the store, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Every question we asked was met with a “yes.” I specifically asked whether Saturday fittings would be possible since that’s my only day off, and I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. Everything changed when I later received a call from an older man to schedule an appointment and request full payment for the dress. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. We had a wonderful experience here from beginning to end while dress shopping for my daughter’s 18th Debut. We had visited several stores beforehand and had a good sense of the price range, so I really appreciated that they asked about my budget upfront and worked within it. To my surprise, they had so many beautiful options—even below my budget! Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful. If you’re looking for honest service and a great selection, I definitely recommend coming here.

This store came through for us!!! After another dress shop failed us on making my daughters custom dress that we ordered 5 months in advance, we had to find another shop. We came across Stephanie's Bridal, and even tho they did not have a dress my daughter fell in love with, they offered a custom option. A complete custom option in the timeframe that we needed.
