We had our first dress fitting today, and the experience was wonderful! The customer service was amazing. After walking all over HP, this store truly delivered exactly what our girls wanted. We purchased two dresses, and they fit our girls like a glove. The owner and the two ladies were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive to our daughters’ wishes. Absolutely horrible experience. When we first visited the store, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Every question we asked was met with a “yes.” I specifically asked whether Saturday fittings would be possible since that’s my only day off, and I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. Everything changed when I later received a call from an older man to schedule an appointment and request full payment for the dress. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. We had a wonderful experience here from beginning to end while dress shopping for my daughter’s 18th Debut. We had visited several stores beforehand and had a good sense of the price range, so I really appreciated that they asked about my budget upfront and worked within it. To my surprise, they had so many beautiful options—even below my budget! Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful.
