Terrible communication. As of June 4 has not done any work on our corporate and personal (married/joint) taxes. Finally sent me an email today saying “whoops” and asking for a $4K prepayment. I would say do not work with them. She clearly is not fully engaged in her business, doesn’t know what’s going on, and is terrible at communication.
Stephanie is very kind and acknowledged in account methods. She elaborated on every item and answered questions promptly! Highly recommend!
