My mom saw her as a patient with 2 invasive procedures and did not follow through except for a call from her male assistant 2or 3 months later. The procedures healed with my mom and my care. Now, she need to see her for skin problems and we cannot make an appointment even though she is established and takes the same insurance forcing us to find another provider for my mom. I asked to be called back and there has been no follow through. Thumbs down.
