Dr Chu seems knowledgeable but she is not very personable. In addition, I don't enjoy my experience at this office. I always feel like I'm an unwanted intrusion on the staff member's day. Dr Chu is not very friendly or sensitive. So my overall experience in this office is negative. I only rated 3 stars bc I believe Dr Chu is an adequate doctor for someone who doesn't have any significant or sensitive medical challenges.

DOC is so helpful understanding and extremely polite. She listens answers questions. I'm gonna miss her
I love Dr Chu. This is my third child and she makes this process so easy. I really appreciate it.
