We have had American Family Insurance for 48 years now. Stephanie is and was with her dad, very knowledgeable in everything I have ever needed. We will not be looking for any new agents or companies!!!
After being with American Family for a little over 50 years we changed. I was not called back and she even lied on my daughter! I know what happened with phone calls! She said my daughter called and said we didn't need the insurance😡. YOU CAN'T CALL AND SAY SOMEONE DOESNT NEED INSURANCE!! Then when I said we need to find someone different I was told "okay goodbye". And never did get a call back from Diane or Stephanie!
