I have been with Dr Tsai for almost 4 years. I'm Glad to have her On My Side. Helping Myself With My Battle With Cancer. She's a Rock Star!!!!
It's ridiculous that I have to wait nearly TWO hours to see this doctor. And this is at every visit. I depend on a ride service, and they can only allot a total of two hours from the time they pick you up at home, and pick your back up at the doctor's office. This doctor can't effectively run her practice.
Always a pleasure seeing Dr Tsai. She continues to be thorough and explains things clearly…monitoring me via 3mo blood labs. Since my appointments are yearly, it’s like visiting a friend. I continue to be in her very capable hands…coming up on 7yrs in remission as of August! So grateful for her expertise and care!
I love video visits. It is so hard for me to come to the Dr. Office. Doctor Tsai was very patient, answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed. It was a great & , easy experience.
