Dr. Smith has my thumbs up. I went for some sinus issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns. Had visual contact with me the whole time. She was so nice and understanding. She was very thorough in her exam. She did two biopsies on me and explained all the details to me. Dr. Smith and her staff had a wonderful bedside manner. I saw Dr Stephine Smith several times both in and outside of Northwestern Memorial Hospital. I found her knowledgeable and kind. She took time to get to know me as an individual and to answer all my questions. She preformed a very delicate surgery, the removal of “stones” in my saliva gland. The surgery went well. Dr Smith even came to see me on the weekend when she was not on call. She is a special person and a special doctor. I highly recommend her.
I did not have a worthwhile experience seeing this doctor. I do not believe I received anything for the time and money both I and my insurer paid for the trip to see her. I would recommend considering other options before going here.
