The doctor and nurse were very welcoming, informative, understanding and pro active.
I got in early today and I was taken in by Dr. Jacobs assistant/nurse/PA. I don’t know what her title was, or name, her name is on my chart- ha! Ha! but she was very professional very efficient and we clicked- Even when I left. I’ve always admired and respected Dr. Jacobs. She’s bright, she’s a professional, who is down to earth and on top of it, but not intimidating. My primary Dr., my cardiologist, My dentist, Euro gynecologist are all Bright professional Women. I couldn’t feel any safer or happier!
Dr. Jacobs was knowledgeable and very thorough. She carefully explained everything to me.
