I saw Dr. Sansone for the first time today and she actually explained my medical situation so that I could understand what I needed to do to get better. She was thorough and patient and answered all my questions. I would recommend this Physician to anyone. The staff that works with her were very pleasant and professional and also took time with me to explain what would happen during my visit.
OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE . They requested records when I asked for help for my mother who has recurrent UTIs. I ran around and got three different doctors to fax over results, only to be told one week later, that sorry she no longer takes patients with recurrent UTIs. ((That would have been helpful information BEFORE I ran around and got all of these doctors to fax records over to them)) . RIDICULOUS, RUDE, INCOMPETENT OFFICE STAFF.
She is both patient and kind! Really takes time to listen and understand. She is a great doctor, I totally trust her expertise!

I went to the appointment today with my mom, Mary Weinberg, and we had such a pleasant experience with Dr Sansone that I had to write and tell you about it My mom is 86 and uses a cane- the staff at the facility was wonderful and helped us get her to the office where the office staff and the clinical staff were outstanding I have been with HMH for 23 years and I am so impressed by the whole experience we had today that I had to write and if you want me to write something for the staff to present to them I would be glad to do... read more
