Stephanie is the best massage therapist and I've been to many. I'm pain free now.

Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable.
Scheduled an appointment for September 5th (first available was Sept 4). This appointment/service was purchased July 15th and cancelled the 16th. I contacted Stephanie and was told she has no control over the credit card processing and that it had debited from her account. I only got this response after trying multiple times to reached her. It’s now July 23rd and I am still out $90.00. Very poor customer service……..after 8 days I finally got my refund….. I was told by email 3-5 business days.
