Dr. Rivera-Segarra is amazing and love my appointments with her. She connects with you on a personal level. However, for the past 6 months I've been trying to get in for my annual and there is always some issue with making appointments. Their appointment system is the worst. Even when you have a receptionist tell you she will contact you before the first of the month, it so happens her calendar is already full. I adore Dr . Rivera she has been my gun for a few years and I can honestly say that she is very professional and thorough when it comes to your health and discussing what matters the most . Her bedside manner is very professional as well .I definitely keep recommending her to everyone I know
