Sent me for a sleep study. Had me scheduled for a follow up visit to go over the study. Call me to move my appointment up from August 11th to the 5th. Get to the appointment and they have no results from my study. Why would you move my appointment up if you have no results to go over? Then has her assistant tells me she would like to see me back in a month, and hopefully the sleep study results will be back. I let them know they Wasted my time, and will not be going back. Don’t waste your time either.
Dr. Ritter seems caring and knowledgeable enough. But trying to get scheduled or return calls is quite horrendous!!!!!
Not sure what the 1 star reviews are for. With everyone at the practice I get same-day replies via phone or the patient portal. Every doctor and practitioner I’ve encountered in my almost 30-year history with Riverhills I can say has made my quality of life so much better.
Poor customer service. Saw nurse practitioner and Dr Ritter in the hospital. Felt like I was taking up their time and they had little concern for what was going on. Spoke a mile a minute and then never followed through with what they said they would do. A lot of runaround , long wait times for callbacks. Staff very uncaring and rude .
Nurse does not callback let alone in 24hrs ...they are so understaffed they can't keep track of what is going on with test ...had test done 9 days ago and haven't heard a peep about anything...ive called at least twice w no return calls
