I met with other realtors at the beginning of this process and Stephanie was the only one that took the approach of asking me how I wanted this process to go. She also clearly communicated key information related to determining the value of the property, how the property would be advertised, and the processes related to the the sale. And when an issue came up near the end of the process, Stephanie was able to get the resources needed to resolve it. She was a great partner to have on my side.
