She is caring, takes time to make sure you understand your treatment plan & is very encouraging
She has been phenomenal in my opinion. She has taken time to review labs & we openly talk about any concerns. Also, when my mother relocated here from out of state, she went above & beyond to make sure she had all referrals to the specialist appointments that she needed. We are very happy with the level of service & her bedside manner is great.
Extremely disrespectful. She even rolled her eyes at me and spoke down to me in a very condescending manner, then she acted like she did nothing wrong when I told her she was being rude. No apology and continued to shake her head and speak rudely to me. She spoke to me like I was stupid. I am absolutely appalled she is working in healthcare since she clearly has zero respect when talking to patients. She has Terrible bedside manners she's so unprofessional. I don't know how to even describe her as a primary care. She hung up on me while doing a virtual call. I have a sinus infection and she wants me to wait 2 days for Medicine while I'm in pain. So much same for Baylor to have her as a Dr! Horrible experience!
