Dr. Stephanie Lay is amazing. She is always quick to respond to my messages, and her replies are detailed, thoughtful, and very helpful. She gives great medical advice and recommendations, and I truly feel cared for and supported as her patient. I really appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, and the attention she gives to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Lay to anyone looking for an excellent doctor.
I do not recommend Dr. Lay or anyone in this office for that matter. The staff is not professional and they treat you like you are just a number. Your time doesn't matter to them. They make you wait to verify the insurance which causes you to lose the appointment, which I waited 6 months for. I will rather go somewhere else where they appreciate you as a patient.
Really takes time to talk to you and answer your questions.
Dr Lay is just wonderful, very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Everyone I dealt with here was great.
