She has been incredibly easy to work with, always available to answer our questions, and consistently goes above and beyond for us as landlords. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable agent.
This is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Stephanie managed my property for a few months and I had to change agents due to various issues such as the bond not being lodged by her at the beginning of the tenancy, inconsistency with transfer of rent payments, taking legal action without discussion with me and the main one being she didn’t even follow process of having the tenants complete an application. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
