We recently purchased a property on the Central Coast and enlisted Stephanie from One Agency to help manage it. Over the years, we've worked with many different agents for our investment properties, but Stephanie has truly been a standout. She has been incredibly easy to work with, always available to answer our questions, and consistently goes above and beyond for us as landlords. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable agent.
This is the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Stephanie managed my property for a few months and I had to change agents due to various issues such as the bond not being lodged by her at the beginning of the tenancy, inconsistency with transfer of rent payments, taking legal action without discussion with me and the main one being she didn’t even follow process of having the tenants complete an application. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
We are so happy with Stephanie ,my only regret is that we did not do this much sooner, nothing is any trouble for her in regards to the management of the property. We had a rental for over 30 years and always frustrated in regards of dealing with prior agencies.
I was looking for someone to list my property for Lease and I came across Stephanie who listed a similar property in the building. I thought it may be a good idea to have a chat to her considering she would have some knowledge already about the property.
