Dr. Macke is fabulous. She’s so compassionate and thorough. When I’ve needed an immediate appointment, she’s made time to see me at 8pm day of on Zoom. She also wants to help you find the root cause of your symptoms. Grateful for her care!
Never once did they have me in for a visit, check up or even their yearly physical. They never once made any effort to get to know me as a patient or a person. I was contacted asking if I was still a patient there and when I attempted to make an appointment to which they read in the MyChart, ignored it and copy pasted the same "are you still our patient here?" a month later I responded and said that I would find a doctor that will have me in their office and they literally said ok we'll remove you.
