After my appointment time went well over an hour and I still hadn't gone in, I was told she was running 15 minutes late on arrival. I had another place to be after waiting an hour and Stephanie tried to forcefully push me upstairs to the therapy room. After struggling with her for 15 minutes I finally got buy her and ran out the door. I did slam it hard and use a choice word. At that point I traumatized at her behaviour. She caled me about 30 minutes later apologizing for her behavior.
