In my first visit to Stephanie, I was impressed by her candor and demeanor. She was honest, confident, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions, going above and beyond to do so. I was impressed and look forward to future visits - not because I love going to the doctor, but because in times of need, I'm grateful people like Stephanie are in healthcare.
This was just a “checkup” appointment but I was barely checked in at the front desk when they called me back. Stephanie is the consummate professional who is kind and patient with a great personality. She remembered conversations from our previous appointments and that was exceptional! Also, my appointment was at 11am and as I walked out the door I checked my watch and it was 11:25am. So efficient!
My experience at the doctor's office was great. She was polite and professional lady. My wait time was nothing and her staff was great. I would see her again. Thank you Dr. Volker
