Dr. Schneck and all of the staff we interacted with during our appointment were absolutely amazing. Everyone from reception to checkout were extremely friendly and the Doctor and her helper ( a CRNP maybe?) both communicated the process and the reasons behind them clearly. The gentleman who applied my child's cast was obviously very skilled and VERY experienced in it. He was extremely efficient but also managed to keep a rapport with my kiddo that calmed them.
