Professionalism at its best!! Everything was fully explained to give me a high comfort level about my surgery.
We had an excellent experience with Dr Stephanie who repaired my husband’s hernia. From the very first appointment, the she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and answer all of our questions, which really put us at ease. The surgery went smoothly, and my husband’s recovery has been a bit rough but we're satisfied with everyone at BJC! I have had several colonoscopies with Dr. Sandberg and 100% happy with the Work. My son has had surgery with her and she did a great job even got him in on a quick schedule to get him rid of pain
At hospital - 1st visit indicated no surgery was needed and explained why. 2nd day came for a visit, which I was very confused as to why she came to visit as per the 1st visit, no surgery was needed. Now I'm paying for a "just checking on" visit that was NOT needed nor did I request.
Extremely disappointed with our experience with Dr. Sandberg. Fake empathy and poor integrity. Please take your loved ones else where.
