I have had the pleasure of being seen and attended to by DR Mawhirt on a number of occasions and I can not speak highly enough of the way I was treated as a patient and more importantly as a human being. She is a very kind, caring doctor who listens extensively, doesn't interrupt or rush you, and has a plan. She is very sure of herself, down to earth, and extremely helpful in a complicated case. I cannot thank her enough for being so patient...not many doctors like her. In fact, I haven't met one yet. Do not hesitate to use her; she clearly is knowledgeable and personable.
