I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes before schedule. After several excuses and being told I would be called in 5-10 several times, I ended up waiting nearly and hour and a half. I may be a senior but I have a life and for them to disregard my time as nothing just because an insurance company is paying the bill is wrong! This has happened every time I had an appointment. I will be changing clinics. I do not recommend Green Eye Center.
Made an appointment 7 weeks ago for 9:00am for me and my wife. Hers was for 9:20am. Arrived on time. Sat in waiting area until 9:20 and asked what the delay was and was told to wait a few more minutes and they would find out. Then was told it would be another 5-10 minutes, making it 9:30 before the 9:00 appt would possibly be started. There were two other couples sitting in the waiting area still who were there before we were.
