Walk-ins are welcome, as well as same-day treatment. The two doctors I have seen - Dr. Allen and Dr. Mason, who owns the practice - are professional and very informative. They discuss my treatment options with me before every procedure, and the receptionist goes over prices before anything is ever done. I appreciate the wonderful staff and friendly environment. Definitely an office New Albany, Indiana can be proud of!!

After calling around trying to find a new dentist, I lucked into calling Charlestown Road Dental. They worked me in promptly and took care of my toothache. They are very friendly and made feel comfortable. Even though they went over all of my options for treatment there was no pressure on doing my dental work and they didnt pass judgement on my lack of good dental hygiene. I am proud to say that my family now goes to Charlestown Road Dental too. We are very happy patients and just want to say keep up the good work.
