There was no one in the waiting room yet I waited an hour and a half to be seen and my basically my questions were answered with talk to your primary care physician and then she gave me a recommendation for a surgeon. And I actually told her I have no idea what I’m doing in this appointment because I have no questions answered at all. I felt this was a total waste of my time and my co-pay.
Had to wait for 45 minutes past appt time at 8:15 am was told to come early. Not fun when your suffering from back pain. Did nothing to help relieve pain. Doesn't due injections which my primary care doctor would do in office but closed practice. So I got no relief,did offer pills, but I don't want pills.
Doctor was very nice And totally interested in the problems that I was having. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
I feel like I do not get to ask questions without feeling ridiculed. I feel like I am a nu.ber and get only 5 minutes of time with doctor and feel talked down to. Not my favorite doctor patient experience at all..
