As a nurse and an advocate for my grandmother, Dr Hugh’s talks over her patients and their family, talks down to them, and shows zero compassion. She basically called my grandmothers frequent UTI’s “it is, what it is” and we can have her GP take over care for her. If you are having a scared 96 year old in your office, some basic compassion can go a long way. Treat your patients like you would want your family to be treated. Shameful.
If I could give Stephanie Hughes a zero I would. She doesn't listen. She looks down on her patients. I told her I had uterine cancer a year ago. I didn't think I should be using estrogen cream. She said that it wouldn't hurt. And it didn't cause cancer. She actually argued with me about it. Told me it wouldn't soak into my skin.
