Dr. Ho is very personable and easy to talk to. She’s a caring physician.
This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She has never physically examined me. Each visit, she walks straight to the computer and begins typing notes without addressing my concerns. She continues to prescribe medication without proper evaluation and frequently forgets to submit lab work orders. There is a complete lack of patient care, attentiveness, and accountability. I do not feel heard or valued as a patient. I will not be returning, nor will I allow her to continue billing for care that is not being provided.
Dr. Stephanie Ho saved my life during one of the most traumatic experience my family and I went through. She was very professional despite the terrible news and ordeal I went through but her compassion, understanding and gentleness made me being seen, heard and well cared for. She communicates abundantly and listened attentively, making sure I made/took the best decisions for the deep and heavy level of care I needed. Excellent doctor who has amazing communication skills. She seems knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. If you have any sort of anxiety with gynecological procedures like me, I highly recommend her because she is calming and will walk you through every step with care.
