She and her staff don't communicate and getting medical records is a lost cause.
Dr. Hiraki is great but that hardly matters if I can't get in to see anyone. I had a concerning respiratory issue and wanted to get in to see someone ASAP, but I couldn't even get in to see the NP in a timely manner. When I could finally get an appointment scheduled, I got a call on the day of my appointment notifying me that the NP had decided to telework today. That'll do it - that was the last straw.
She WAS a great doctor (2+ years ago) but when you can’t get in to see her it doesn’t matter how great someone is. I have been with this practice for more than 10 years. Each year it is more challenging than the previous to get in to see my PCP. Her office has called me 5 times to reschedule due to her either leaving early that day or not going to be in the office. No exaggeration….5 times!! This last time I was contacted and told I could see a nurse practitioner but Dr. Hiraki is booked until May 2023. The office staff said... read more
