Doctor Hennigan and her staff were so welcoming and thorough. I was seen right away no waiting at all. Once I got to the room, Dr Hennigan started talking about my issues and what she thought and listened to all of my concerns. I genuinely felt heard and Dr Hennigan had empathy. She went over all of my issues and gave me a course of action. I will continue to stay under her care and will tell all of my family and friends she is one of the best Doctors that really care about her patients and has bed side manners. Trying to get this office to answer the phone is nightmare. When you finally get someone on the phone they can't help or answer your questions. We tried to let the office we were going to be late due to highway construction so they cancelled the appointment.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hennigan. I was so excited about seeing a new rheumatologist.From the start, the office felt unwelcoming with a sign posted at check in about no grace period. The front desk tried to overcharge me despite my specialist copay. The doctor rushed in, quickly suggested diagnoses without much discussion or exam and implied my symptoms were "all in my head."
