Trying to get this office to answer the phone is nightmare. When you finally get someone on the phone they can't help or answer your questions. We tried to let the office we were going to be late due to highway construction so they cancelled the appointment.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hennigan. I was so excited about seeing a new rheumatologist.From the start, the office felt unwelcoming with a sign posted at check in about no grace period. The front desk tried to overcharge me despite my specialist copay. The doctor rushed in, quickly suggested diagnoses without much discussion or exam and implied my symptoms were "all in my head."
