Dr. Hall is great! I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions!
Dr. Hall was amazing! She was super patient, knowledgeable, and calmly answered all of my questions. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She made me incredibly comfortable. She accommodated my request to narrate what she was seeing during a procedure so I could understand what was happening. When she was running late for the appointment due to being needed in surgery, the staff were very transparent, communicated updates, offered water, and gave me a private room to wait. Highly recommend.
My wife waited several months for her appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. At 11 AM, all patients in the waiting room were informed that the doctor was running at least an hour behind schedule. Given that I had a 1 PM appointment at another hospital, I advised my wife to reschedule. Unfortunately, the staff's response was unprofessional; they informed her that no time slots were available until October and instructed her to call back in August for a new appointment.
