I was hopeful that the unprofessionalism and ignorance was just a local issue with this practice, but it seems that it begins at the top and flows like a cancer throughout this organization. If you love your children, please don't subject them to Zoe Pediatrics.
She was extremely rude right from the beginning. Did not address our concerns with our child and even went as far as saying that our child’s issue was our fault.She said she would refer our child to a specialist but they would just, “shake their head towards you like I am”.The whole experience was absolutely unbelievable. All we wanted to do was help our 4-year old expand their diet. Instead, we were told to make them eat what we want them to eat.How is she in the medical field?
No star review. She was extremely rude, with a nasty attitude. She did not address my concerns regarding my daughter's hernia, which causes her navel to be as huge as a golf ball (10 months), I asked her if i could have a referral to get a second opinion, she said" Why? so they can tell you the same thing I'm telling you", when I expressed concern about my daughter's dry skin, she adv me that its probably just eczema and it will go away, and I should add bleach to her bath water, and rub her down in olive oil. Horrible! Just like the other parents have stated. She assumed the burn Mark and skin discoloration on my neck and chest were dry skin and said that’s why my baby has it on his face. Didn’t ask what it was just rudely assumed/TOLD me that’s what I have and my baby.
Extremely rude and unprofessional, actually bruised my daughters arm trying to hold her down when trying to administer a test. Maybe try explaining what you plan on doing? Seemed to get frustrated and walked out of room got $30 out of her personal purse and threw it at the nurse to reimburse our copay. Told the nurse to make us leave the premise. The absolute worst pediatrician I've personally every seen. We won't be back, and plan on spreading the word.
Rude, standoffish, demeaning, and does not deserve to treat children let along be called a DOCTOR.

Worst doctors office ever. She doors not cate about your child she just is in that practice for money. She handles children horribly. They cannot keep up with paper work and the staff is rude depending on who is working. They place you on long holds they don't know how to enter information in their patient portal correctly. And if she, dr.kong doesn't like you you will receive a letter telling you that you are dismissed from her practice and fire you to find another provider for your kids
