I booked an appointment online. The nurse who works with Dr. Grube was extremely rude. And canceled my appointment didn't hear back from her on over a week I called and spoke to someone they said I'd get a call back after they spoke with the nurse, I didnt even get a call back because i know for sure she was nasty to that woman. I don't even want the appointment anymore honestly. Your staff is a reflection of you. And if they call and are rude to potential patients what does that say about the doctor?.
She helped me when no one else could. She is so kind , listens & is gentle. Her staff is great. Highly recommend.
