My family and I hired Stephanie Flynn Law (SFL) in February 2023, and fired them in October 2023. We were assigned Associate Counsel Caitlyn Clary. It was apparent that Ms. Clary had no idea what she was doing regarding our case. I tried to reach out to Stephanie Flynn to discuss our concerns only to have my call routed back to Caitlyn Clary. The lack of communication, lack of knowledge and applications of the law, pure incompetence, and the blatant exploitation of billable hours appears to be staple of this law firm.
