Just tried to make an appointment to Dr Stephanie. I’m an existing patient and they refused to do anything in regards to notifying me of any cancellations since she is booked until January. Though I completely understand that everyone is trying to get in before the end of the year, but to turn a patient completely away with no options is absolutely infuriating.
