I have previously received care for my thyroid in Fishers and Bloomington. In looking for quality care closer to home, I am very disappointed in this office. I would suggest looking outside of Terre Haute for cutting edge, knowledgeable doctors.

While I have generally enjoyed my experience with Stephanie Arnold in the past, the serious problems with her office and UAP Clinic as a whole are deeply concerning. Every single appointment I've ever had (scheduled at least 3 months in advance) has been rescheduled last minute, or more recently completely cancelled. Because of my cancelled appointment, I now have to go without my medication because her office didn't read my blood work in a timely fashion. Dr. Arnold is a wonderful doctor , I only wish I hadn't wasted so much time with others! She is extremely professional and actually takes time to listen to her patient! She treats you with respect and offers several treatment options. Dr. Arnold and her staff are so friendly that you honestly feel welcome at their office! Oh, and you won't have to worry about waiting for hour's in the waiting room only to wait longer once your in the examination room. Very prompt, very professional and very friendly!
