My visit with Dr. Stephanie Cuellar at Mittleman Eye was simply a wonderful experience. The office staff was very helpful and mannerly, each person introducing themselves and explaining what each step was before moving forward, cleaning equipment before each use. My experience was very positive. The staff of Mittleman from my check in by Rosemary, my first technician (big Sean) to my check out by Nancy was very professional. Felt as if they really wanted to help me through this process. Dr. Cuellar explained procedures and took the time to answer my many concerns. I generally go to another optometrist/ ophthalmologist. Over the last two years, I had not been satisfied with my prescription but I dealt with it, as they re-tested and adjusted the script (but it still wasn’t great). This year, I decided to go to Mittleman Eye. I actually looked up in my insurance portal some options and came across Mittleman. I am so thankful I did. The whole set up at Mittleman Eye was very professional and ran like a charm. At check in with Joe to my technician Marcela was great. Meeting Dr Cuellar and the two other Catherine’s were a big help in diagnosing my eyes. Great work up and very informative. Will be going back for follow up!
