My experience was very positive. The staff of Mittleman from my check in by Rosemary, my first technician (big Sean) to my check out by Nancy was very professional. Felt as if they really wanted to help me through this process. Dr. Cuellar explained procedures and took the time to answer my many concerns. I generally go to another optometrist/ ophthalmologist. Over the last two years, I had not been satisfied with my prescription but I dealt with it, as they re-tested and adjusted the script (but it still wasn’t great). The whole set up at Mittleman Eye was very professional and ran like a charm. At check in with Joe to my technician Marcela was great. Meeting Dr Cuellar and the two other Catherine’s were a big help in diagnosing my eyes. Great work up and very informative. Will be going back for follow up!
That was the best experience I think I’ve ever had at an eye doctor! Yvonne Q was first contact and a very nice person! She had me into my appointment in less than 5 minutes. From there, Big Sean took over and was very thorough and made sure I was ready to move on to the Dr Cuellar.
