I had a confirmed appointment today, May 9th, at 11:40 AM with Johana B Gimenez Rod at Near North Health. Despite receiving a confirmation text and arriving exactly on time, the doctor refused to see us. This is an absolute lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for patients' time.
