Dr Cole spent time answering my questions and listening to my concerns. She is very professional.
Dr Cole is very responsive to her patients via MyChart. I was very impressed by her clinics ability to schedule an appt for me within 1 week of calling. The clinic was very busy when I arrived and although I was there for quite a while, the staff was very attentive, checked on me frequently and provided me with updates while I waited.
