I am writing this review to express my concerns about the medical care provided by Dr. Cole. My daughter, who has Dravet syndrome, had tubes inserted by Dr. Cole last spring due to frequent ear infections and associated seizures. However, the tubes fell out before June, and since then, she hasn’t experienced any issues with her hearing or ear infections. During a recent visit, Dr. Cole recommended repeating the tube insertion procedure and also suggested removing my daughter’s adenoids and tonsils. This came as a shock to us... read more
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cole! It was hard to transition from my previous surgeon, but she is excellent!
This was an excellent experience from all of the team that supported this visit and provided care. Dr. Cole was compassionate, thorough, and provided exceptional service. We appreciated the care we received from a very professional staff from when we entered the building throughout the visit and as we exited. Thank you!
Very happy with the care I have received from Dr. Stephanie Cole. From the first time I met her in her office ,she explained everything very clearly and thoroughly,and answered any questions that I had.Day of surgery went very smooth and was taken very good care of,second day had considerable swelling and was concerned,and she got me in to be seen in just a few hours,and assured my wife and I that everything was fine. We need more Doctors like her!
