The first time I went to her, actually seemed like she cared and wanted to get stuff taken care of. However... The last two times, her answer to everything was "come back if you get worse". I went in with a UTI and a sinus infection. Three home tests said I had a UTI, different batch. She said there was nothing in my urine. She also said that a sinus infection is viral, as I'm blowing infection out of my face. She was speaking to me like I don't have this multiple times a year and I don't know my body. Very dismissive. She's the best doctor in rawlins
We are able to get in even with short notice we get test results before we leave the office with another Dr in town I have called all day trying to get results and they called the next day saying the Dr called in medicine for my child yesterday but no one called us so we would know. It was already past the most effective timeframe for the medication when they finally got around to calling us back from the other clinic.
Was not sent home with vaccine information statements which turns out is FEDERAL LAW. My daughter has a 3 inch red circle around the injection site. Which means a possible adverse reaction. Dr Chiu spent a total of 2 minutes in the room telling me if my daughter kept showing signs of a uti to bring her back in. I waited over an hour total for 2 minutes of her time. Staff is polite, but Dr. Chiu does not seem to actually care about what a patient requests. Denied bloodwork, didn't actually cover the purpose of the visit in the 15 minutes she spent with me. She did however spend 8 minutes of that time telling me why the blood work I requested was not something I should have done.
