Love, love, love Dr. Thomas. She clearly wants to help her patients, and I liked her so much as my primary care physicians that I had her be my OB/GYN as well. She helped me have a smooth pregnancy and delivery! The clinic, however, is consistently overscheduled.
I appreciate the tknowledgeable profile that Dr. Thomas brings to my healthcare. I am careful to have annual exams, and she has up-to-date info about what procedures are recommended annually or no longer recommended. She factored in family history in making recommendations. She is open to alternative medicine, too. I found her recommendations very helpful. When I have questions, I can ask via the health system secure email, which is answered quickly. My only concern is long wait time.
During the visit, she did not do routine tests that my doctor for years had always done. She did not even question me about my family history of health conditions. I had to provide that information and then she didn't even listen to what I told her. She was not thorough at all! I will not return to the practice. It was a waste of time and money.
