Very good treatment. Did not have to wait long, and was treated with in a very efficient manner. Would definitely recommend Stephanie to others who want an audiology test.
I was seen shortly after checking in and directed to a large comfortable testing area. Stephanie explained each procedure clearly and made sure I understood before proceeding. The testing equipment was comfortable and included headphones and a bone oscillator (the latter was new to me). After the testing she gave a short summary of the results and explained the procedures for a Communication Needs Assessment to discuss options for improving my hearing. She answered my questions andwas genuinely interested in my responses.
