extraction ended up perforating a hole in my sinus cavity. Dr Stephanie should definitely leave the oral surgery to the " experts"
Beware Gentle Dentistry in Kalamazoo. While the dentist is fine, the office staff is HORRIBLE! Despite the fact that we have 2 insurances, and our cleaning was completely covered, they made us pay up front, and then refused to reimburse us, claiming that they were not "obligated" to. our secondary insurance, Delta Dental, pays 100% with a contractual agreement. Since we had paid upfront, they refused to pay us back the difference, despite the fact that we had overpaid that contractual agreement! BEWARE!
