I highly recommend Stephanie for her massage & stretching services. Overall a pleasant experience. Stephanie was very personable & gave me a fantastic 30 minute upper body massage. To my amazement I also received a most fabulous & well needed massage on my Glutes for my sciatic nerve! My only complaint is my session, wasn't long enough. I will be back in the near future to book a longer section.

Have been working through some physical l limitations and troubled areas due to an injury. Stephanie's PT knowledge has enhanced my experience to loosen tight muscles AND improve my mobility and flexibility from my injury. Additional tools such as cupping made it even more complete. Amazing!
