Stephanie approaches massage in a different way than I have ever experienced, treating the core issue/pain and really helping to find the source of the problem. I felt like I was receiving true therapeutic help as opposed to just a simple massage. I would highly recommend her to everyone, but especially to those that deal with chronic pain, as I have noticed a significant improvement in back tension since I saw her.
Stephanie has such a peaceful room, great music, and a perfect massage! I would highly recommend her and I definitely will back for more! As a physical therapist, I will be giving her name to my patients who would benefit from massage therapy.
I went to see Stephanie with specific complaints from long term chronic pain. She addressed each issue with great skill, knowledge, and intuition, and in the end of just one session provided much needed relief from my ever present pain. When I got off the table my symptoms were barely noticeable. If you are looking for a therapist with excellent knowledge of the body, advanced techniques, and different approaches to fit the individual, then I suggest going to see Stephanie. She’s amazing!
Intuitve skilled massage therapists. Very knowledgable and informative. Ive had really bad low back pain for about 2 years and through regular treatment ive seen significant improvement. I appreciate that she does treagment oriented and focused work. She even does cupping which i found to be super helpful. Shes an excellent deep tissue therapist who actually listens to what you have going on and gets to the root of the problems. I would definitely reccomend stopping by if you have chronic pain.
