Stephanie Bounds is always excellent with my daughter that has DS. She always is very kind and understanding with our issues. My child loves her. When my child was younger she always had issues with behaving in a clinical setting and would act out. They were understanding and NEVER made me feel uncomfortable. They always helped me because I would be so embarrassed from her behavior. They also helped her in treatment to get her behavior under control

As a mom of a young adult in needs for help, I am happy, so far, with Mrs. Stephanie Bounds, NP. She are listening to us and asking important questions in order to understand my son and our family situation. In my opinion, a mental health professional should be kind but strong and clear at the same time with her/his point of view and perception, in order to guide properly the insecure, sad, angry, frustrated... patient. I recomend her service.
I went back to see Dr. Stephanie Bounds today after not seeing her for two years. My experience two years ago was very lovely, I felt like we communicated effectively and I was comfortable. However, when I went to visit her today, I was very uncomfortable.
