Stephanie and her staff made me feel very comfortable. This was my first visit and I was impressed with the treatment I received.
chose Stephanie Bixby as new pcp because I wanted a female internal medicine pcp since I am older now. pleased with my first visit she seems to listen and in chatting she said Sandy Armstrong was her mentor in getting into nursing practitioner. I had Sandy for years til she retired, soo that made me feel good. hoping for a good long term patient experience :) only thing was the MA needs to be a little more friendly she seemed distant and never smiled.
She practices gas lighting Come in clicking your high heels and then tell you it's in your head. I am now seriously disabled because I wasted time seeing her.
The BEST every single visit. Staff are friendly and good at their jobs! Stephanie is probably one of the few medical practitioners that actually LISTENS! She takes the time and makes you feel like your opinion means something. 5 STARS!
