I felt heard, seen, helped
I was helped at the check in desk by a very kind, understanding young woman, Kathleen E, who got me an appointment right away. After a rew minutes of waiting, I was taken to an exam room and met a PA, Stephanie. She also listened and understood my situation, then sent me a CMA, Erna, to help, who was able to correct my problem with a little effort and determination. I am grateful to all 3 ladies and appreciate the time, effort and kindness they gave me.
